Rachael works as an Associate with me. I work with Rachael as she has over 30 years experience in HR and Employee Relations roles and she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

She also has been a Non Executive Director and sits as a non-legal member in Employment Tribunals.

She is very familiar with providing HR and Employment support for business, investigating many level disciplinary & grievance matters ad advising on over 100 TUPE Transfers.
