Independent Workplace Investigations


Issues can arise that would be benefit from a completely independent viewpoint, where there is no bias, or preconceived ideas. This can be a grievance, potential disciplinary or something sensitive including harassment and bullying. 

Independent investigations are becoming increasingly popular, this can be due to time sensitivity, not having the time yourself or the belief that difficult investigations would be best completed outside the business.

All interviews are transcribed and information collated and documented, with a comprehensive report including a conclusion.
