Salary: £45k - £50K (Negotiable based on experience, Hybrid work available)

At Provenance Brands we are a strategic partner to a group of premium brands in the food and consumer sectors, Cornish Sea Salt and Warrens Bakery. We’re proud of our team of over 300 employees, and we are growing. We uphold our mission to share the amazing Provenance of Cornish food on a regional, national as well as global scale, and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As our HR Manager, you will manage all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. You will be the trusted partner to our Group Directors, brand leadership teams, and business stakeholders.
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our organisation's goals.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive work environment, handling employee relations matters and ensuring fair investigations into complaints.
Lead the recruitment process, championing diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
Identify and address training and development needs, overseeing the creation and implementation of relevant programmes.
Oversee the performance management process, providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
Advise on competitive compensation and benefits packages, managing the administration of employee benefits programmes.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Proven experience as an HR Manager.
Strong knowledge of UK employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Professional certification of level 5 or above in HR (e.g., CIPD or equivalent).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
A strong understanding of flexible working practices and promoting work-life balance.
